By renewing your membership with the NOTL Newcomers Club you reconfirm your agreement to the following waiver:
I acknowledge that the Niagara-on-the-Lake Newcomers Club, its Executive Board, Officers, Chairperson(s) of Standing Committees and Special Interest Group Conveners or others assisting in the operation of the Club shall not be liable for any injury, death or for loss, stolen items or damage to the property of the renewing member in any manner as which occurred during the undersigned participation in its organized activities from this day forward.
I hereby grant the Niagara-on-the-Lake Newcomers Club permission to use any photos or video footage which I may be part of from their events for publication, promotion, illustration, advertising or trade.
I hereby grant the Niagara-on-the-Lake Newcomers Club permission to publish my name, address, phone number and email address in the Annual Membership Directory. This Directory will NOT be shared with any person other than Niagara-on-the-Lake Newcomers members and will NOT be used for any commercial or sales purposes. Further, I agree NOT to share this information outside the Niagara on the Lake Newcomers Club.
